Data IQ has been a game changer at HMG Healthcare, the dashboard provides the tools needed for an efficient management of daily KPIs. The data provided allows for an immediate assessment of trends, and an effective deployment of resources to focus areas. My most used dashboards are census/admissions trends and the AR/collections/cash goals reports. An additional benefit is the reliable and prompt response from the Data IQ team with training and customization to our organizational needs. We value this partnership.
There are a ton of extremely valuable tools built into the Data IQ software. I love the hospital readmission report that is located on the clinical dashboard. It helps to trend hospitalizations by diagnosis code and displays the residents that are at risk of rehospitalization. I also use the labor reports on a daily basis. It allows for a quick view of ppd’s by department, OT and total dollar spend. The MDS analytics tab is fantastic! It assisted us with moving rates to an all time high. DataIQ provides us with real time, realiable, and accurate data. They have become one of our trusted partners.
